All commodities will be delivered within the stipulated time, with the date on the Bill of Lading (B/L) serving as conclusive proof of the shipment date. If we foresee that the shipment cannot be made on time, we will notify buyers at least 7 days before the stipulated shipment date.
Transshipment is allowed in all cases. Whether partial shipment is allowed will be determined according to specific circumstances.
Within 3 working days after the goods are shipped, we will notify customers by sending a shipping advice with the following details:
- Invoice Number & date
- Sales Confirmation or Purchase Order
- Documentary Credit Number, if any
- Description of Goods
- Shipping Mark
- Total value of goods
- Total number of packages
- Vehicle name/number
- Container number & seal number, if any
- Place of departure & place of destination
- Date of departure
