Return, Exchange & Refund


Kinmart strives to provide clients with comfortable online-shopping experience and sound customer service, however following points may be noted & helpful if having anything unhappy happened.

Return for 
WholesaleOrder
If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of receipt of our parcel, subject to the ordered items are in new, unused condition with original packaging,and all such shipping costs occurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
You must contact us by email prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Exchange for WholesaleOrder
We will accept exchanges for a different style, size or color if the order has not been shipped.
In case has been shipped, you will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. 
Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied.
Please contact us before sending the products back. 

WholesaleOrder Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us immediately once you decide to cancel the order. 
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
