All goods will be strictly inspected by our in-house QC personnel before loading. We guarantee, to the best of our ability, that the quality of the goods will be equal or at least approximately equal to that of the approved samples.
Customers have the right to re-inspect the goods before shipment or after the goods arrive at the destination. Any re-inspection fees incurred will not be borne by us.
If an inspection is requested to be done by our local authorities regarding the quality and quantity of the goods, the Inspection Certificate issued by the China Commodity Inspection Bureau at the port of loading will be considered final.
Should the goods be found not in conformity with this Sales Confirmation or approved samples, customers are entitled to lodge a claim with us. This claim should be supported by Survey Reports issued by a recognized surveyor approved by us.
In the case of a quality discrepancy, a claim should be filed within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the destination. For a quantity discrepancy, a claim should be filed within 7 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
It is understood that we shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company, shipping or other transportation organization, or Post Office are liable.
