Well, the customization function on our website is aimed to provide more flexibility to allow clients to choose what they want, and get return of cost respectively and  instantly. – and the moment there’s still bugs that our IT staff is busying in improving them.  So if you have more detailed requirements for the customizing the bags – please emails us, and we will response you immediately. 

For the detailed way of customizing a bag – we do that by 1^st step to send you drawings so that you can visualize it how it looks alike (especially with your logo); and 2^nd after your approval we start making physical samples.

3)    I need to know the charge for adding a logo and the steps to do so Also, can we updgrade the zipper? if so, then what are my options?

4)    Oh, also we would like a "tag" stitched to the inside lining of the bag

Well, I assume you mean it as the inside label, which is woven with logo, and sewn inside ..refer to https://www.kinmart.com/Material/MaterialInfo.aspx?id=1544

5)    What is the lead time and how do you ship...what are the shipping charges.

Well, the bulk order production lead time depends on your order quantity, and styles quantity, too.  We normally takes approx.. 2weeks to 1 month for quantity less than 10,000 pcs (but within 3 styles quantity);

The shipping charges – 1^st it depends on the shipping option you will choose, by considering if you need the goods urgently, and orders quantity.  2^nd, We suggest 2 options,  by courier, (as did last time to send you samples – it’s cost for small quantity, and you save time and save the troubles to clear customs, pay import custom tariff, etc.); and by Sea – it’s much more economic when you order thousands of pieces).  Our 90% orders were shipped by sea by container.

6)       Inquiry about item (KM-A1921.1680)  - Would you ever make this in white with a red trim? or red with a white trim?

We can custom to that color combination.

7)    Inquiry about item (KM-88063.420)  Hello is there a size smaller available? if so, please send the dimentions. Thank you!

The bag is our standard size for showing online, but we can custom to different size, as long as client be happy.
