I am interested to place an initial order for this product. What would be the cost of this product including freight to Sydney, Australia. Secondly how long would it take to receive a sample, and subsequently how long after to receive the order.

Could you let me know what is your order qty about the product(KM-A983.015)? so that we can quote you the price and shipping cost.
Sample require: sample will be free. It will take 5-7 days to turn with imprint, 3 days without imprint; and courier cost to be bore by your side.
Lead-time for Production: approx. 18-20 days for quantity less 3K pcs; and 25-30 days for 10-20K pcs; and 35-40 days for 20K-30K pcs, etc;
