Payment
As
regards payment, we only accept the modes as: D/C
at sight, D/P at sight, T/T
and other mixed Mode of Payment.
We accept different payment mode under different circumstances.
D/C
(Documentary Credit)
-
If total order amount exceeds US$10,000.00 (U.S. Dollars
ten thousand), We customarily require D/C.
- The
D/C shall be irrevocable, without both parties' consent,
neither of each party, nor the opening banker is empowered
to cancel or withdraw the opened D/C. Such D/C shall be
established from World-Credit Bank,in favor of our company,
payable at sight.
- When
issue the D/Ct, every clause in the D/C should be strictly
in conformity with that in the Sales Confirmation, and fax
us the copy immediately after the issuance, so that we can
schedule production in advance.
- To
avoid any uncessary amendement to D/C, we request to fax
us the D/C Application before submitting to the Bank. Only
after we check and confirm the Application be acceptable,
can proceed for original D/C.
- If
fail to do so and result in the fact that we cannot accept
or reach to request of the clauses/conditions, we have to
request amendment to opened D/C. Any banking charges or
any delay in shipment occurred from that shall be fully
born by the customer.
- Shall
any unaccpentable clauses be found, amendment to D/C should
be made immediately; otherwise the customer shall be responsible
for any losses thus incurred as well as for delayed shipment.

Expiry Place and Date of D/C should be in china,
till the 15th day after shipment.

Negotiation Bank of D/C should be any bank in China.
T/T(Telegraphical
Transfer)
-
We accept T/T in full amount before production;
- We
also accept partial payment, with minimum T/T 30% as down
payment before production; 70% after shipment, against our
faxing copy of Original Bill of Lading. Other transportation
bill, inclusive of Airway Bill, Cargo Receipt, and so on
will not be applicable to this case.

Immediately after T/T is being made, we request faxing us
the T/T counterfoil, to help the financial department trace
it easily, and help us arrange production in advance.
D/P
A/S (Documentary Against Payment, at sight)
- If
D/P as payment mode, we only accept payment at sight, but
also only applicable to our regular customers with sound
payment habit.
- We
cannot accept D/A at XXX days term.
Mixed
Mode of Payment
- Due
to some other reasons that we will also accept different
payment mode to be mixed together, such as T/T+D/P; L/C+D/P,
and L/C+T/T, etc...anyway, we would be pleased to discuss
those matter with you as long as you have such interest.
